About Scott
Scott A. Brkich joined TPW Family Law in July 2021 initially as a legal assistant, then continued to article with the firm and was called to the Alberta bar in June 2024. Since his call, Scott has focused on helping clients navigate family law through both alternative dispute resolution and advocacy, representing clients in mediation and arbitration at the Court of Justice and the Court of King's Bench. He graduated from Simon Fraser University in 2016 with a double minor in Labour Studies and English, and earned his LLB from the University of Leicester in 2021, where he was a member of the Pro Bono Society working with the Litigants in Person program and won a national mooting competition in his first year. Scott is a member of the Calgary Bar Association, the Canadian Bar Association, and the Law Society of Alberta.
