Barrister, Solicitor, Mediator & Arbitrator at TPW Family Law LLP
Roxanna (Roxy) Petts has practiced exclusively in family law since 2011, when she became a member of the Law Society of Alberta, and has extensive litigation experience at both the Court of Queen's Bench of Alberta and the Provincial Court of Alberta, including running trials in both courts. Over the past five years, her practice has shifted toward mediation and mediation/arbitration, which now make up the majority of her work. Roxy has volunteered at the Women's Centre delivering free legal advice for six years and at legal clinics offered through the YWCA and Pro Bono Law Alberta, and has taught negotiation for the Legal Education Society of Alberta's CPLED program. Before law, she worked with adults with disabilities, taught at Camosun College and the University of Victoria, and tutored high school and university students in physics, math, calculus, and chemistry. She operates out of the firm's satellite office at Bankers Hall in downtown Calgary.
