About Shaye
Shaye L. Erskine earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Calgary in 2024 after completing a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, and was called to the Alberta bar in 2025, practicing exclusively in family law since. She assists clients with divorce and separation, cohabitation and prenuptial agreements, parenting arrangements, support, and property division, representing clients in both the Court of Justice and the Court of King's Bench through litigation and alternative dispute resolution, including urgent applications such as emergency protection orders and restraining orders. During law school, Shaye participated in Student Legal Assistance and various law student associations. She volunteers with the YW Calgary free family law advice clinic and is a member of the Law Society of Alberta, the Canadian Bar Association, the Calgary Bar Association, and the Association of Women's Lawyers.
