About Sarah

Sarah Lundy is an associate working in general insurance litigation, including insurance coverage, municipal liability, personal injury, and property damage claims. She began at Carfra Lawton as a summer articled student in 2022 and returned to complete her articles in 2023-2024. During law school she worked at the University of Victoria's Law Centre legal clinic and volunteered with Pro Bono Students Canada on projects for the Office of the Seniors Advocate and the Migrant Workers Centre. Lundy earned a BA in English from the University of Ottawa (2013) and a Juris Doctor from the University of Victoria (2023), and was called to the British Columbia bar in 2024.
