About Santino

Santino Lofranco has practised exclusively in personal injury litigation since being called to the Ontario bar in 2016, and has been with Lofranco Corriero since 2006. He represents injured plaintiffs in a range of matters, with particular focus on motor vehicle accidents, occupiers' liability and other personal injury claims. He has appeared before Masters and Registrars of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and before administrative tribunals such as the Financial Services Commission of Ontario, and regularly conducts examinations for discovery. He also assists with materials for cases before the Court of Appeal for Ontario and the Divisional Court. Santino holds a BA in criminology from York University and a JD from Bond University in Australia, and belongs to the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association and the Trial Lawyers Association of British Columbia.
