About Annie

Annie Olson is an associate practising general insurance defence with an emphasis on human rights, occupiers' liability, and municipal liability claims. A lifelong resident of the Saanich Peninsula, she brings investigative and interpersonal skills from an earlier background in debt collection. Olson earned a B.A. from Royal Roads University (2015) and a J.D. from Thompson Rivers University (2018), and was called to the British Columbia bar in 2019. She has represented clients in numerous BC Human Rights Tribunal and Workers' Compensation Appeal Tribunal decisions since joining Carfra Lawton as an articled student in 2018.
