About Amos

Amos Comeau is a civil litigation partner focusing on insurance, personal injury, property damage, professional liability, and construction claims. He aims to resolve matters efficiently through early settlement but is comfortable proceeding to trial, appearing regularly before courts across British Columbia. Comeau earned a B.A. from the University of British Columbia (2001) and an LL.B. from Queen's University (2005), and was called to the Ontario bar in 2006 and the British Columbia bar in 2007. He joined Carfra Lawton as an associate in 2015 and became a partner in 2020, after earlier associate positions at several Vancouver-area firms.
