About Paul

Paul Pelzer is an Associate at MacIsaac & Company practising personal injury, contracts, employment law, construction law, real estate litigation, and general civil litigation. He began his legal career with the firm's Nanaimo office in 2005 and transferred to the Victoria office in November 2017, continuing to serve clients across Nanaimo, Port Alberni, Courtenay, Comox, and northern Vancouver Island. He is a member of the British Columbia Bar, the Canadian Bar Association, and the Trial Lawyers Association of British Columbia. A former volunteer firefighter, he says he works to ease clients' stress while pursuing a fair and equitable resolution and protecting their legal rights.
