About Sarah
Sarah Kennedy heads the Family Law Group at Perley-Robertson, Hill & McDougall, which she joined in 2021 after experience at several Ontario firms. She completed her legal studies at the University of Ottawa in 2008, articled at the National Judicial Institute, and was called to the bar in 2009. Kennedy worked as a family lawyer at Legal Aid Ontario before entering private practice, and now handles parenting, child and spousal support, complex property and income issues, trust claims, and international matters including child abduction. She holds a certificate in advanced family mediation, is a certified family law arbitrator, and appears regularly before the Superior Court of Justice, Divisional Court and Court of Appeal for Ontario.
