About Anne-Marie

Anne-Marie Magneron heads the Development Law Group at Perley-Robertson, Hill & McDougall, returning to the firm's Real Estate Group in 2017 after her summer and articling terms. She specializes in land development, commercial and residential real estate, and wills and estates, representing builders on condominium and subdivision projects as well as buyers, sellers, lenders and investors in real estate transactions. She also prepares wills, living wills and powers of attorney, acts as an estate trustee, and has given estate-planning workshops to federal government employees. Magneron earned her J.D. from the University of Ottawa's French common law program in 2013 and a B.A. in History in 2004, and is fluently bilingual, having grown up in Orléans.
