About Anthony

Anthony McGlynn is a partner at Perley-Robertson, Hill & McDougall who has served as Co-Chair for 14 years, while remaining active representing clients in business law matters including non-profit corporations, charities and owner-managed businesses. With over 30 years of experience, he drafts wills and powers of attorney and advises on trusts and estate plans, and handles will and trust interpretation disputes, estate litigation, power of attorney disputes, passing of accounts, guardianship applications and dependant support claims. McGlynn was admitted to the bar in 1986 and has been recognized in The Best Lawyers in Canada for corporate law and trusts and estates, including a 2015 Ottawa Trusts and Estates Lawyer of the Year award. He has served as President of the Ottawa Estate Planning Council and taught a trusts course at the University of Ottawa Law School from 2010 to 2012.
