Andrew de Lotbinière McDougall is Special Counsel to Perley-Robertson, Hill & McDougall, having previously been a partner and founder of its International Arbitration Group. He is also a partner at White & Case LLP in Paris in the firm's International Arbitration Practice, where he has represented clients in large, cross-border disputes across construction, energy, mining, oil and gas, telecommunications and other sectors, some involving billions of dollars. McDougall was appointed Queen's Counsel, represents Canada on the ICC Court, and sits on the Rosters of Arbitrators for the Court of Arbitration for Sport and the ICDR. He was called to the Ontario Bar in 1997 and holds law degrees in both common and civil law from the University of Ottawa, along with a BA from Université Laval, and he has taught international arbitration at the University of Ottawa, Université Paris 1 and the Moscow State Institute of Foreign Relations.
