About Ryan
Ryan Parry maintains a broad labour and employment practice at Filion, advising employers on a wide range of workplace issues. Before joining the firm, he articled with the Labour Practice Group at the Ontario Treasury Board Secretariat, conducting legal research and offering opinions on complex labour litigation issues, including employment accommodations and pension and benefits matters. While at Queen's University he worked with legal clinics such as Queen's Legal Aid, the Law Students' Legal Advice Program, and the Queen's Prison Law Clinic, tutored upper-year students, and served as an editor for the Canadian Labour and Employment Law Journal. He received his Juris Doctor from Queen's University in 2023 and was called to the Ontario bar the same year.
