About Elizabeth

Elizabeth Scott's insurance defence practice centres on automobile insurance work, covering tort claims, accident benefits, priority disputes and loss transfer, alongside property claims, subrogation and occupier's liability files. She has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court, the Court of Appeal, the Financial Services Commission of Ontario and the License Appeals Tribunal, and has spoken and written on legal topics at various conferences. She was called to the Ontario bar in 1994 after earning her LL.B. from the University of New Brunswick's Faculty of Law in 1992, and holds an Honours degree in psychology from the University of Western Ontario.
