About Cynthia
Cynthia Rizzo is an associate at Gluckstein Lawyers whose practice centers on medical negligence and complex personal injury litigation. She joined the firm as an articling student in 2025 and was called to the Ontario bar in June 2026, gaining experience in research, pleadings, discoveries, mediations, and trial preparation. Before law school she worked in the personal injury field and was a licensed private investigator in Ontario, giving her a background in evidence gathering and witness interviewing. She earned her JD from Queen's University, where she took part in the Prison Law Clinic and completed exchanges at Leiden University in the Netherlands and a public international law program in the UK. Cynthia also holds a master's degree in criminology from the University of Toronto and a BA in political studies from Queen's.
