About Robb

Robb Baird is a partner practising business and technology law, often for clients with technology at the core of their business or in the startup sector. His corporate and commercial practice covers share and asset purchases, financing and venture capital transactions, and contract negotiation, including enterprise cloud agreements and software development deals. Robb grew up in Fredericton, where he studied chemical engineering and technology management at the University of New Brunswick before returning to complete his law degree there. He worked for a hydrogen R&D startup and as a project engineer overseas before entering law. He was called to the New Brunswick bar in 2013.
