About Kimberly

Kimberly MacLachlan has a background in public relations, business, and law, and assists clients with general corporate and commercial law matters. Her experience includes reviewing and drafting contracts such as service agreements, construction agreements, and SaaS agreements, reviewing AI governance policies and frameworks, and supporting commercial real estate transactions. She also assists with corporate formation matters including incorporations and wind-ups, and with corporate governance matters in both the public and private sectors. She earned her JD from Dalhousie University's Schulich School of Law and an MBA from Dalhousie's Rowe School of Business, both in 2018, and a Bachelor of Public Relations from Mount Saint Vincent University in 2014. She was called to the Nova Scotia bar in 2019 and the Ontario bar in 2025, and holds a Yellow Belt in Legal Lean Sigma Process Improvement and Project Management.
