About Thomas

Thomas Sullivan focuses on helping clients achieve their corporate and commercial goals, with particular experience in commercial real estate transactions, real property matters, commercial leasing, and energy law. He advises clients on the acquisition, sale, and development of commercial properties, and on negotiating and drafting commercial lease agreements. Sullivan also assists clients with land use and title matters and has supported energy-sector clients with regulatory compliance and infrastructure transactions. He earned his JD from the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University in 2024 and a Bachelor of Environmental Studies (Honours) from York University in 2021.
