About Rebecca

Rebecca Rosenberg is an associate at Filion practicing across labour and employment law, with particular focus on human rights, labour relations strategy, employment contracts and policies, and resolving workplace disputes. She has also built expertise in regulatory compliance, doing significant work on supply chain transparency legislation and reporting. Rebecca began at Filion as a summer and articling student. In law school she sat on the executive board of the Faculty's Law Review, served as an executive editor of Ultra Vires, co-directed the Hockey Arbitration Competition of Canada, and co-founded the Agency club, while publishing two peer-reviewed papers on intellectual law reform. She holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Political Science with a philosophy minor from the University of Ottawa, and she was called to the Ontario bar in 2024.
