About Amirali

Amirali Golpira is a founding partner of Nadimfard Golpira LLP in Toronto. His practice focuses on employment and wrongful dismissal matters, personal injury and accident benefits claims, insurance and property disputes, and civil and commercial litigation. He began his career at a Toronto litigation boutique representing insurers and businesses, then broadened his practice at another litigation boutique acting for both employers and employees. He received the Wendy Babcock Social Justice Award at Osgoode Hall Law School for his commitment to access to justice. Amirali has appeared before the Licence Appeal Tribunal, the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario, the Ontario Labour Relations Board, the Canada Industrial Relations Board, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Divisional Court, and the Small Claims Court, where he has conducted trials. He advises clients in both English and Farsi.
