Civil Litigation & Dispute ResolutionRebecca Huang is a Toronto-based barrister whose independent practice focuses on arbitration, serving as both arbitrator and counsel in complex international commercial disputes. She holds a J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School (2002-2005), an LL.M. from Osgoode Hall Law School (2016), an MBA from the University of Victoria (1996), and a Diploma in International Commercial Arbitration completed through the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators in Oxford (2018). She has appeared as a panelist at RODA's 3rd Annual Diversity Conference, held jointly with the Ontario Bar Association, speaking on cultural competence in judicial decision making. She also co-chaired the Annual Update on Judicial Review program, which featured Justice D. Stratas of the Federal Court of Appeal and Professor Paul Daly of the University of Cambridge.
