Weintraub Huang LLP is a small commercial litigation firm on Bay Street in downtown Toronto. Barry Weintraub, Sara Erskine and Rebecca Huang founded the firm in February 2021 as Weintraub Erskine Huang LLP, and it now practices as Weintraub Huang LLP. Its six lawyers handle corporate and commercial disputes, environmental litigation, employment and labour matters, professional discipline and regulatory proceedings, shareholder disputes, civil fraud, defamation and public law, appearing before Ontario courts, administrative tribunals and arbitration panels in Canada and abroad.

Founding partner Barry Weintraub was called to the Ontario bar in 1989 and has chaired the Civil Litigation Section and the Environmental Law Section of the Ontario Bar Association, along with the Canadian Bar Association's National Environment, Energy and Resources Law Section. Weintraub has also taught civil litigation at the University of Toronto and Queen's University law faculties. Rebecca Huang, a founding partner and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, is fluent in Chinese and represents clients in disputes involving Chinese language evidence. The arbitration practice works under major institutional rules, including the ICC, UNCITRAL, LCIA, SIAC and ICSID, and covers both commercial contract disputes and investor state claims.
