About Paul

Paul Jon has a litigation and appellate practice spanning constitutional law, administrative law, human rights law, criminal law, and civil disputes, appearing before the Supreme Court of Canada, all levels of court in British Columbia, and various administrative tribunals. He received his JD from UBC in 2020, graduating as the gold medallist and a Wesbrook Scholar, and clerked for Justices Saunders and Voith at the BC Court of Appeal and for Justice Malcolm Rowe at the Supreme Court of Canada. He articled at a leading regional Vancouver law firm and was called to the BC bar in 2022.
