Matthew R. Voell is a lawyer at Lidstone & Company acting for local government clients on civil and commercial matters, including breaches of contracts and agreements, real estate development, and insurance defence. Voell also provides litigation services on public and administrative law matters, including judicial review of administrative decisions and bylaw enforcement, and has represented clients at all levels of court in British Columbia and before tribunals including the BC Human Rights Tribunal, the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner, and BC Assessment.
