About Heather
Heather Doi maintains a broad litigation practice focused on corporate-commercial disputes as well as regulatory and administrative law. She has appeared before all levels of court in British Columbia and before regulatory bodies including the British Columbia Securities Commission and the Forest Appeals Commission. Doi clerked for six justices of the Supreme Court of British Columbia, including the Chief Justice. She was called to the British Columbia bar in 2017 and holds a J.D. from the University of British Columbia and a B.A. from the University of Victoria. She has been recognized as a Litigation Star by Benchmark Litigation and previously served as president of the Vancouver Bar Association. Doi mentors students through the Federation of Asian Canadian Lawyers and the Canadian Bar Association.
