About Austen

Austen Erhardt is building a litigation practice focused on constitutional, commercial, administrative, and environmental law. He received his JD from the University of British Columbia, graduating as a Wesbrook Scholar, and was a finalist in the Laskin Moot. During law school he volunteered with the Law Students' Legal Advice Program and Pro Bono Students Canada and served as co-chair of the UBC Environmental Law Group. Before law school he worked as a communications and strategy consultant. He articled at Hunter Litigation Chambers, clerked for three justices of the BC Court of Appeal, and was called to the BC bar in 2024.
