About Aubin

Aubin Calvert practices administrative and constitutional law litigation, acting for both public and private clients before administrative tribunals and at all levels of court. Before joining Hunter Litigation Chambers, she clerked for Chief Justice Richard Wagner of the Supreme Court of Canada from 2016 to 2018. She earned her JD from the Peter A. Allard School of Law at UBC in 2016, was called to the bar in 2017, and also holds a PhD in political theory from UBC. She teaches private international law as an adjunct professor at Allard Law and has been recognized by Best Lawyers Canada and Benchmark Litigation for her work in administrative and public law.
