About Brian

Brian Duong maintains a generalist civil litigation and administrative law practice, with experience in contract and shareholder disputes, property issues, franchise litigation, constitutional claims, and freedom of information matters. He has appeared before all levels of court in British Columbia and has been recognized in Best Lawyers in Canada for corporate and commercial litigation, administrative and public law, and gaming law. Before returning to Hunter Litigation Chambers, where he originally articled, Brian practiced litigation at Ropes & Gray in Boston and in the international arbitration group at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in Paris. He holds law degrees from the University of Toronto and the University of Cambridge, clerked for Justices Newbury and Groberman of the BC Court of Appeal, and has been a member of the Massachusetts and British Columbia bars since 2009.
