About Scott

Scott L. Nicoll is the principal of Scott Nicoll Law Corporation and a director at Panorama Law Group in Surrey, BC. He worked in Toronto as Legislative Assistant to the Ontario Minister of Labour and the Ontario Minister of Consumer and Commercial Relations from 1988 to 1991 before attending the University of Victoria's Faculty of Law and being called to the bar in British Columbia in 1994. He has practised as a litigator in administrative law (primarily professional discipline defence for healthcare professionals), commercial litigation, and indigenous law on behalf of bands and tribal councils, and successfully represented one hundred victims of the Rashida Samji 'Ponzi' scheme, the largest in BC history. He chairs the Board of Directors of Food Banks BC and serves as Vice-Chair of the Surrey Urban Mission Society.
