About Caitlin

Caitlin Ehman maintains a general civil litigation practice, appearing in Small Claims Court, the BC Supreme Court, and the BC Court of Appeal on matters involving labour and employment, contractual disputes, and personal injury. She received her JD from the University of Victoria in 2017, clerked for Justice Phelan of the Federal Court, and then articled at Hunter Litigation Chambers before joining as an associate in 2019. Before law school she taught in public and private schools in Vancouver. She has been recognized in Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in Canada for administrative and public law, corporate and commercial litigation, and labour and employment law.
