About Patrick

Patrick O'Neil is a partner at Burchell MacDougall practicing corporate/commercial law, real estate and estate planning from the firm's Halifax and Elmsdale offices. He earned the Canadian Energy Law Foundation prize for outstanding performance in Oil and Gas Law during his JD at Dalhousie's Schulich School of Law, and later completed the Osgoode Certificate in Blockchain Law. He chaired the Canadian Bar Association's Nova Scotia Business Law section from 2021 to 2023.
