About Ashley
Ashley Dutcher is a partner in Burchell MacDougall's Elmsdale office, joining the firm in 2018 after practicing in both large and small firms and as a solicitor for the Halifax Regional Municipality. She focused for many years on family law and litigation before shifting her primary focus to real property, while continuing to assist clients with uncontested divorces, separations, prenuptial agreements and adoptions. She has appeared before the Nova Scotia Supreme Court, Provincial Court, Court of Appeal and several tribunals, and was recognized by The Best Lawyers in Canada 2026.
