About Brian

Brian Stilwell practices insolvency and commercial law at Burchell MacDougall's Truro office, which he joined in 1986 after private practice in Saint John and work in foreclosure, commercial and banking law for a business development bank in Halifax. He was called to the New Brunswick bar in 1976 and the Nova Scotia bar in 1978, and was recognized by The Best Lawyers in Canada 2026 for Corporate Law and Insolvency & Financial Restructuring Law.
