Claire Wayne practises in family law, civil litigation, estate planning, probate, and corporate law, working to provide efficient and creative solutions for clients. She received her Bachelor of Arts from McGill University in 2017 and her Juris Doctor from Dalhousie University in 2022, obtaining certificates in Law & Technology and Aboriginal & Indigenous Law. Wayne was admitted to the Nova Scotia bar in 2023 and is a member of the Nova Scotia Barristers' Society and the Canadian Bar Association. She speaks English and French and enjoys swimming and hiking on the South Shore in her free time.
