About Julia

Julia Maloney is a partner with Patterson Law and chairs the firm's Real Estate Practice Group. Her practice focuses on residential real estate, including purchase, sale, and financing transactions, subdivision and consolidation matters, and the preparation of instruments affecting title. She also guides clients through probate of both testate and intestate estates and assists with wills, guardianship appointments, and powers of attorney. Maloney earned her J.D. from the University of New Brunswick Faculty of Law in 2017 and was called to the bar in Nova Scotia and New Brunswick in 2018. She is a member of the Nova Scotia Barristers' Society, the Canadian Bar Association, and the Real Estate Lawyers Association of Nova Scotia, and volunteers with Reachability in the Spryfield community.
