About Anne
Anne McFarlane is an associate at Burchell MacDougall's Elmsdale office practicing wills, estates and estate administration and probate. She has worked in both private practice and in-house for a national financial institution in family law and estate matters, and received her Trust and Estate Practitioner designation from STEP Canada in 2020. She is also a part-time instructor at Dalhousie's Schulich School of Law, teaching Elder Law, and was recognized by The Best Lawyers in Canada 2026 for Trusts & Estates.
