About Karl

Karl practices in the areas of real estate, estate planning, and probate, with extensive experience representing clients in residential real estate transactions and estate administration matters. He has appeared before the Nova Scotia Supreme Court, the New Brunswick Court of King's Bench, and the New Brunswick Court of Appeal. Before joining Patterson Law, Karl volunteered at the Gilbert McGloan Gillis bi-weekly free legal clinic, the Supreme Court of Nova Scotia's Access to Justice free legal clinic, and Dalhousie Legal Aid's Tenants' Rights Project. He earned his J.D. from Dalhousie University in 2017 and was admitted to the Nova Scotia Barristers' Society in 2018.
