About Pasquale
Pasquale (Pat) Santini has practiced law for more than 40 years, specializing in commercial and insurance law, and has pleaded over 100 cases at all levels of court, including the Ontario Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Canada. He is a recipient of the Ontario Bar Association's Award for Excellence in Insurance Law, a member of the International Association of Defence Counsel, and a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers. He is Certified by the Law Society of Upper Canada as a Specialist in Civil Litigation, and since 2006 has been included in The Best Lawyers in Canada. He has lectured on insurance law and trial advocacy at the University of Ottawa and served as an instructor for the Law Society of Upper Canada's Bar Admission Course. He received the Award of Excellence from the Canadian Italian Advocates Organization. He was called to the bar in 1980, earning his LL.B. from the University of Ottawa Law School.
