About Allison
Allison Russell's practice focuses on commercial, construction, and general litigation. She advises construction clients on construction liens, trust claims, delay claims, and contractual disputes, and her experience also covers commercial lease disputes, real estate disputes, shareholder disputes, and other contractual disputes. She has represented clients before the Small Claims Court, Provincial Offences Court, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Ontario Divisional Court, the Ontario Court of Appeal, and the Supreme Court of Canada.
