About Nancy

Nancy Sadek is a bilingual partner based in Ottawa who brings experience as an insurance lawyer licensed in both Quebec and Ontario. Her practice includes accident benefits, commercial litigation, general liability, professional liability, manufacturer's and product liability, insurance defence, subrogation, and complex insurance coverage matters. She has worked with international clients on multimillion-dollar cases and class actions, and has experience analyzing financial lines claims such as cyber security risks and directors' and officers' liability. During law school, Nancy worked with both the Quebec Minister of Justice and the Minister of Immigration. She earned her B.A. in Political Science with distinction from Concordia University in 2007 and her LL.B./J.D. from the University of Montreal in 2012, and was called to the Barreau du Québec in 2013 and the Ontario bar in 2018.
