Darren Johnston is an associate in the Advocacy Group at Gowling WLG in Ottawa focusing on insurance and professional liability, commercial litigation, and administrative law. He has appeared before the Supreme Court of Canada and Ontario Superior Court of Justice and is counsel to City of Ottawa committees and the Administrative Penalty System. Before entering law, he served 17 years with Canada's Special Operations Force, Joint Task Force Two, in various high-profile domestic and international operations.
