About Jessica

Jessica Grant is a partner at McCague Borlack who was called to the bar in 2011 and joined the firm as a partner in 2018. Her civil litigation practice centers on claims involving property and casualty insurance, product liability, professional negligence and subrogated property loss. She takes a practical, results-focused approach aimed at resolving complex legal issues efficiently. Jessica regularly appears before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and represents clients at mediations and settlement conferences. She earned a Bachelor of Arts with honours from McGill University in 2006 and an LL.B. from the University of Ottawa in 2010. She is a member of the Ontario Bar Association's Insurance Law Executive, The Advocates' Society and Canadian Defence Lawyers.
