About Ozlem

Ozlem Yucel is a partner advising both employees and employers on complex workplace matters. Yucel has a significant employee-side practice acting as a trusted advocate for executives and professionals navigating complex transitions, and for employer clients, provides pragmatic, business-focused advice on workplace issues and risk mitigation. Yucel's practice spans terminations and severance, wrongful and constructive dismissal claims, executive compensation, human rights and discrimination matters, and workplace investigations. Yucel is also regularly retained as a workplace investigator, assessor, mediator and trainer, and is a faculty member at Osgoode Hall Law School, Toronto Metropolitan University, and the Human Resources Professional Association. Yucel has been a member of the Ontario Bar Association since 2014 and has served in past executive roles with its Labour & Employment Law Section and Alternative Dispute Resolution Section.
