About Nicole

Nicole Perez is an associate practising corporate and commercial law, advising on share and asset purchases, corporate reorganizations and general corporate matters, along with an active franchise law practice. She completed her articles at the firm in 2023 and 2024 and is a Chartered Professional Accountant in good standing, having previously worked as a CPA at a multinational professional services firm before law school. During law school she volunteered at the Immigration Services Association of Nova Scotia through the Schulich Pro Bono Clinic and received the Schulich Scholarship in Law for academic achievement and community involvement. She holds a Juris Doctor from Dalhousie University (2023) and a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from Queen's University (2017), and was called to the Ontario bar in 2024. Nicole is fluent in Spanish.
