About Erin Li

Corporate commercial files and mergers and acquisitions are Erin Li's focus. Since joining Gowling WLG, Erin has sat on the corporate/M&A teams for several of the firm's deals: in 2022, Waterlogic Canada's purchase of the Gulp Water business in London, Ontario, the sale of Swift Labs to Blackline Safety, and the sale of Folio Instruments to ATS Scientific, where the team acted for the sellers. A year later, Erin worked on the group advising Brimich Logistics on a strategic investment by TorQuest Partners.
