About Bailee
Bailee Kleinhandler is an associate in Sotos LLP's corporate and commercial group, where she is building a practice in corporate and franchise law. She advises clients on general corporate and business matters and helps negotiate, draft, and review agreements. Before joining Sotos, she articled at a full-service downtown Toronto firm, working on corporate constitutions and bylaws, shareholder agreements, director resolutions, and share purchase agreements. During law school she was a student caseworker at the Queen's Legal Aid Clinic, working alongside supervising lawyers to help low-income residents facing evictions and poor living conditions. Bailee holds a JD from Queen's University Faculty of Law and a Bachelor of Arts with Honours from Wilfrid Laurier University, and she was called to the Ontario bar in 2024.
