About Adrienne

Adrienne Boudreau is a partner in Sotos LLP's litigation department and serves as the firm's co-managing partner. She represents franchise systems and businesses in disputes over franchise agreements, terminations, rescission claims, and disclosure, handling matters through mediation, arbitration, and litigation across Canada. Her clients span industries including hotels, restaurants, retail cannabis, and grocery, and she has appeared at all levels of court in Ontario as well as before the British Columbia Court of Appeal and the Federal Court of Canada. Adrienne also assists the firm's corporate team in helping American and other foreign franchise systems expand into Canada. She was called to the Ontario bar in 2009, holds an LL.B. (cum laude) from the University of Ottawa and a B.A. (Hons. with Distinction) from Queen's University, and is active with the Canadian Bar Association, the Canadian Franchise Association, and The Advocates' Society.
