About Nevin
Nevin Fishman is a senior partner with 35 years of experience as a barrister, concentrating in health law (professional liability, administrative disputes, privileges, billing audits) and insurance litigation (product liability, personal injury, CGL, disability). His clients include large international, national, and provincial insurers, and he has appeared before the BC Court of Appeal, the BC Supreme Court, coroners' inquests, disciplinary boards, and various tribunals. Since 2013, Nevin has been recognized annually by Best Lawyers Canada in Health Care Law, Medical Negligence, and Professional Malpractice Law. He earned his LLB from the University of Toronto in 1985 and was admitted to the British Columbia bar in 1986.
