About Bryan

Bryan McLean joined Branch MacMaster LLP as an associate in November 2017 and is now a partner, focusing on commercial litigation, insurance defence, class actions, and intellectual property. He has represented clients in commercial insurance matters including building defect claims, major loss claims, surety claims, and product liability, as well as intellectual property matters including patent, trademark, and copyright enforcement and domain disputes. Bryan earned his LLB from the University of Victoria in 2010 and an Electrical Engineering degree with distinction from the University of Waterloo in 2007, and holds designations as a Registered Trademark Agent (2012), Registered Patent Agent (2015), and Certified Information Privacy Professional/Canada (2017).
