About Donald
Donald B. Lebans was until recently a partner at Branch MacMaster LLP and now serves as Associate Counsel. He joined the firm in 1998 and has represented both defendants and plaintiffs in class actions covering product liability, life insurance, and health claims, alongside insurance defence and coverage, malpractice defence, and administrative law work. Don has represented clients before the BC Supreme Court, the Court of Appeal, the Supreme Court of Canada, and the Health Professions Review Board. He earned a BA (Hons) from UBC in 1985 and an LLB from UBC in 1996, and was admitted to the British Columbia bar in 1997.
